PrEP or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis is a program that prevents the transmission of HIV in people who are HIV-negative and at higher risk of acquiring the virus before they are exposed to it.

When the medication from the PrEP program is taken properly, it reduces the risk of acquiring HIV by more than 90% through sexual contact and by more than 70% through needles or syringes.

Fill out the following form to obtain more information and move on to the next stage, in which it will be determined if you are a candidate for the PrEP Program.

Important to know:

  • Completing the initial form and moving on to the next stage does NOT guarantee that the patient will be a final candidate for the PrEP program.
  • The medical prescription for the medication in the PrEP program is subject to medical criteria and availability. Terms and conditions apply.
  • The medication is NOT included in the initial and follow-up packages of the PrEP program.
  • If the patient is not a final candidate for the program, there are no refunds for the previously completed stages by the patient.
  • The program may present changes and/or improvements during its development.
  • In case of a positive result for HIV during laboratory review that prevents starting or continuing in the PrEP program, monetary refunds will not be made for the rest of the clinical analyses since they are done simultaneously as part of a complete package.
